OPEN-BREAKFAST

Everything home-made and high-quality, made with passion and knowledge, by Alessandro and his wife, owns of the hotel and bakery.
From 7.45 until late morning.
Our breakfast is open for everybody! If you are not a guest of the hotel, but you want to enjoy your breakfast out on the terrace immersed in greenery and fresh air, we are happy for saving a table for you.
(Reservations are recommended, external guests can choose between the "Breakfast-Buffet all inclusive" formula at €. 10.00 for each adult (reduced children).

My pastry-shop was born from my passion and knowledge in the fields of pastry-making and gastronomy.
I make homemade products which aren’t only tasty but also natural, made with the original ingredients and selected by their quality.
In my work there’s a lot of research and studies, I make use of antique methods, for instance natural sourdough, mixing old techniques with modern equipment.

A wide variety of delicacies: plain, whole, pistachio or custard croissants, made using natural sourdough. Bomboloni and small donuts.
Pies, tarts, muffins and bauletti with fruit. Our pastry-shop uses only selected and high quality ingredients and natural sourdough.

Different savory pies (salmon, zucchini and cheese or quiche lorraine or torta pasqualina), savory cereals croissants, fresh bread with cheese or cold cuts, flat bread, pizzette and more.

Sweet and savory pancakes, eggs cooked in many ways scrambled with bacon and toasted bread, omelets with vegetables, cooked at low temperatures, toasts and espresso.

Fresh fruit , natural white yogurt or with mixed berries, cereals and jams with low levels of sugar.

Flavored water, fruit juices, fresh milk and other varieties (almond, oat, soy, coconut, etc.) coffee, cappuccino with espresso and fresh milk , american coffee and more.
