All artisanal and high-quality, prepared by our pastry and savory bakery lab "Dolce Passione."
From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, our breakfast buffet is open to everyone! If you're not a guest at the hotel but wish to enjoy breakfast surrounded by greenery and the cool atmosphere of our terrace, we’ll be happy to reserve a table for you.

Reservations are recommended. For external guests, the "Open-Breakfast" formula costs €15.00, allowing unlimited access to our buffet. In addition to the buffet, you can also order à la carte dishes served directly at the table (extra cost of €4.00-€5.00).

A rich assortment awaits you: plain croissants, cream-filled, zabaglione, pistachio, chocolate, pain au chocolat, cinnamon rolls, NY rolls, bomboloni, and doughnuts. Tarts, cakes, single-portion desserts, cookies, fruit-based sweets, and the unmissable summer panettone made with natural yeast.

A wide selection of savory options: eggs prepared in various ways, savory pies and quiches, pizzas and focaccias, stuffed croissants, and sandwiches.

My pastry-shop was born from my passion and knowledge in the fields of pastry-making and gastronomy.
I make homemade products which aren’t only tasty but also natural, made with the original ingredients and selected by their quality.
In my work there’s a lot of research and studies, I make use of antique methods, for instance natural sourdough, mixing old techniques with modern equipment.
